    Stay Connected

    Recent Activity

    You can easily stay connected to what’s happening across the entire Blog Trends™ network by viewing the “Recent Activity” page in the main navigation. When browsing, you have the option to view all activity or filter the results to see only what you want. 

    Member Directory

    You can also easily find your friends when you browse the Member Directory which lists all of the fantastic bloggers in our growing network. You can also filter this section to list members alphabetically, who most recently joined, and more. 

    Settings & Notifications

    Settings let you customize your profile to work best for you. You can also edit your email notifications so that you only get emails when you want them. Visit “My Account” in the top navigation bar, then “Settings” where you will find “Notifications. 

    Custom Profile

    Avatar & Twitter Follow Button

    As a member of Blog Trends™ you will be able to customize your presence here with an easy to change custom avatar and the ability to add a Twitter follow button to your profile so that your friends on Blog-Trends.com can easily follow you! Just add your Twitter handle to your profile upon signup, or go back and add it at any time to automatically generate a Twitter follow button. 

    Integrate Your Blog’s RSS Feed

    After signing up and activating your membership you can add your blog’s RSS feed to your profile so that whenever you post a new entry on your blog it will automatically display on your profile and in our site wide activity page! To do this navigate you “Settings” under “My Account” in the top navigation bar. Then click on “External Blogs” and add your blog’s RSS feed. 

    Private Messaging

    Blog Trends™ private messages are helpful in the event you need to connect with one of the Blog Trends™ members privately and you need more than the limited amount of space a Twitter direct message offers. You can send private messages to just one member or multiple members at a time. Compose a message or navigate to a member’s profile and click “send private message”.

    Groups & Forums

    Join & Create Groups

    One of the biggest features the Blog Trends™ members have been looking for is a way to organize themselves into groups by location or interest. Now you can join one of the many groupsthat already exist or create your own.

    Group Forums

    All of the Blog Trends™ groups have an activity wall and their own forum built in to allow group members to share events and ideas. Every topic created in the forums will also be display in the group’s activity feed.

    Group Docs

    Each group has the ability to turn on docs. This tool allows each group to collaborate on and share documents with all of the members. This can be useful for organizing local events, brain storming and many other things!
